Is the SkinAura Ritual suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Our accessories are designed to suit all skin types, including sensitive skin, provided they are used with gentle and appropriate movements.

How often should SkinAura accessories be used?

We recommend regular use for best results:

Volcanic Roll-On : Use once a day or as a touch-up on the T-zone
Roller & Gua Sha : 3 to 5 times per week
Ice Roller : daily, morning or evening, especially to decongest and reduce the appearance of dark circles

How do I clean my accessories?

To ensure hygienic use and extend the lifespan of your accessories, here are our recommendations:

Roller & Gua Sha : rinse gently with warm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly.

Ice Roller : Clean only the roller head with a clean cloth or a soft, slightly damp wipe. Do not immerse the handle or the mechanism.

Volcanic Roll-On (Volcanic Stone) : To clean the volcanic stone, unscrew the locking ring to remove it, then wash the stone in lukewarm water with mild soap. Rinse it, then let it air dry completely (ideally overnight) before placing it back in the roller.

We recommend cleaning your accessories regularly, especially if used daily.

Does the Ice Roller need to be kept cold?

Yes. For optimal decongestant effect, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator (or a few minutes in the freezer) before use.

How long before I see the results?

Some sensations are immediate: freshness, soothing, clearer skin.
The effects on facial tone, radiance and sculpting are generally observed after a few weeks of regular use.

Do your accessories replace a skincare routine?

No. SkinAura accessories are designed as a complement to your skincare routine (cleanser, serum, cream) to optimize its effects and improve skin comfort.

Do you deliver to Europe?

Yes, SkinAura currently delivers to France and several countries in the European Union.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are specified at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.
